Thank you for choosing Zhaohe Biomedical products. To protect your rights, we provide the following return and exchange services in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

1. Appreciation Period (Return Window)
According to the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a seven-day appreciation period starting from the day after you receive the product (including weekends and public holidays).
⚠️ Please Note: The appreciation period is for "consideration," not a "trial period."
Since health supplements are classified as food products, returns or exchanges cannot be processed once the product has been opened, consumed, or used, unless the product itself is defective.
2. Return Guidelines
Returned products must meet all the following conditions simultaneously:
- Brand New & Unopened: The product and its outer packaging must remain in brand-new condition without any signs of opening, consumption, or use.
- Complete Packaging: The main product, free gifts, accessories, internal/external packaging, invoice, and all accompanying documents must be returned together. If the original shipping box is lost, please use a different sturdy box to pack it properly.
- Apply Within Deadline: You must contact customer service to apply within seven days of receiving the product.
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Exceeding the seven-day appreciation period.
- The product has been opened or used, or damaged due to human factors (e.g., dirt, malfunction, destruction, wear, or scratches).
- Incomplete packaging, or missing invoices/accessories.
- Determined as malicious or excessive bulk returns.
3. Exchange Guidelines
Exchange items must be brand new, unopened, and include all original packaging and documents. Once confirmed, a new product will be sent to you as soon as possible. Exchanges are only applicable in cases of product defects or shipping errors.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Customer Service: Within 7 days of receipt, contact us with your "Full Name," "Order Number," "Contact Phone Number," and "Reason for Return with Photos."
Email to: zhaohe@eob686.com or mail the printed form to: 9F., No. 250, Sec. 2, Chongde Rd., Beitun Dist., Taichung City, Taiwan (Attn: Zhaohe Biomedical). - Return the Item: Securely pack the product meeting the return conditions and send it back to our company.
- Confirmation & Refund: Once Zhaohe Biomedical receives and verifies the returned items, we will process the refund via your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
